Larry: I thoroughly enjoyed your book. As a Canadian aviation writer myself, I sincerely appreciate the time and effort you spent bringing this tragic piece of Canadian history to the forefront. May the world remember the 37 victims of that fateful event on April 8, 1954.

For one that doesn't read much, once I started I couldn't put the book down. As a retired police officer I would say that the amount of investigation that Larry conducted and the obstacle of time that he faced was as involved, if not more than cases that I have been involved in. Great job Larry !

Hi Larry. Thanks for the visit and the signed book. What a lot of work you've done gathering info. Bing a pilot would be an asset. A great memory to those who lost their lives. Keep up the good work.

Good job, Larry. As I read your book, I was struck by the impact such an event can have on people's lives. Your book shows that time does not lessen the heart wrenching nature of this event and keeps alive the memory of those involved.

Mid-Air Moose Jaw is one of my favourite books on our wonderful city. Thank you for writing about the crash in such detail and imagery.

Thanks again to you all for signing the guest book. As the anniversary of this crash approaches 8 April, thoughts of sympathy go out to family members who lost loved ones in this mid-air disaster.

Dear Larry, Thank you so much for allowing the rest of the world to learn more about this great Canadian tragedy. You have given me a greater understanding of the impact this event has had on our the air tranportation industry but most of all you have helped us remember the loved ones lost and allowed us to grieve with the ones left behind.

Hi Larry I lost my father, Gordon Hutton in this terrible accident. I was 8 years old at the time. My life changed in many ways since then, new step-father,moving,new schools, new friends, new hobbies and interests,FLYING?,and probably a totally different occupation. I often wonder where I would be today and what I would be doing right now if my dad didn't catch this earlier flight to get home early. One wonders if fate really exists. My thoughts changed after seeing the film and learning the time of day of the air crash. I have a beautiful daughter,Erin, who is now 23 years old. She was born on April 8,1984 at 8:00 am. Vancouver time, which I believe is 30 years to the minute of dads death, adjusting for the time zone difference. Someday,I plan to travel to Moose Jaw and hope to meet you and visit the Memorial. Congratulations on your book and I look forward to reading it. Best regards Keath Hutton Admin reply: Thank you for the posting Keith and it was so good meeting you, your wife and son and daughter when you visited Moose Jaw. I was honoured to meet you all and give you a tour of the city, the crash site, the cairn and a trip to the country to see a typical prairie farm. My three Saint Bernards also were happy to see you. Please stay in touch and hopefully you can return to Moose Jaw for another holiday. 'Twas thoughtful of you Keith to donate your father's bent camera (from the crash) to the Moose Jaw Art Museum display where other artificats from the crash are displayed.

Hi Larry, I have been researching the TCA North Star crash on Mt. Slesse for the past six year, with the intent of writing a book. When I saw that you had written about the Moose Jaw crash, my curiosity got the better of me and I purchased a copy! What I found was a well-researched, easy to read account of the tragedy. Your book answers a lot of questions that I'm sure many have had over the years. You have also preserved a valuable piece of Canadian history. Congratulations on a job well done! Rien van Tilborg
